Turntable Automatic

Automatics provide labor savings and safety benefits that semi-automatics do not. This is because platform automatics can be operated from a forklift by remote control, eliminating the need for the operator having to get on & off the forklift to bend over to attach and cut the film. Turntable automatics are best for where there is high throughput required and operator safety is a concern with applications involving forklifts and/or pallet jacks. They are an inexpensive and efficient option.

Adding a turntable automatic machine to your line-up offers numerous benefits for your company including:

  • Increased Productivity – Less time needed for operators to set up machine; machine is faster and more accurate than human operation.
  • Streamlined Production – Allows workers to focus on other areas and improve flow of work.

They’re best for the majority of applications involving forklifts and/or pallet jacks, specifically complex loads and lower production facilities.

Rotary Arm Automatic

Automatic products provide labor savings and safety benefits that rotary arm semi-automatics do not. They can be operated from a forklift by remote control, eliminating the need for the operator having to get on and off the forklift to bend over to attach and cut the film. Rotary Arm Automatics are best for where operator safety is a concern with applications involving forklifts and/or pallet jacks, as well as for unstable loads, heavy loads, wet environment conditions, and areas with high productivity.

The Problem?

If you need a mixed pallet you do what’s known as 'Hand-Stacking' or ‘Hand-Bombing’. Where you take all the beverage cases you don’t want from the top of a pallet and replace them with all the beverage cases you do want so that your pallet would be mixed for any custom or special sized orders (or maybe you just want to fill your truck to its limit).

The problem has always been that It’s very time consuming (instead of moving a pallet onto the truck within 30 seconds, you're now spending a few minutes to try and mix the pallets before you can start moving them to the truck) also it’s messy, it’s dangerous and more often than not, you have some spillage or broken or crushed product. That’s what it’s been like for the past 50 years of palleting products around. The bottom line is until ‘The Bomber’ was created, we all did the same thing with pallets.

The Qtek Bomber allows you to:

How does it work?

Simple. It uses a hydraulic clamping system to contain the product, then the huge metal blades are placed underneath to support the product, no matter the size or amount. Then a safety curtain rolls out to protect the product above and below.

The Qtek Bomber works with:
